Rates

Individual psychotherapy session (50 min): $200

Couples psychotherapy session (50 min): $250
I accept credit card, debit card, and HSA cards for payment. Payment is due at the time of the session unless other billing arrangements have been made.
Insurance
I provide therapy to clients as an "out-of-network" provider. I do not take insurance directly. However, many insurance providers will reimburse a portion of each session depending on your particular plan. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance after each session. Reimbursement is based on your particular insurance policy.
To determine if you may receive reimbursement for our sessions, ask your insurance company the following questions:

Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you need to cancel your appointment, you are required to give at least 24 hours advance notice. The full fee will be charged for all appointments that are canceled without at least 24 hours notice. Please notify me via email to cancel and reschedule appointments.

Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
